Partnership Revenue Strategy
Turn your audience, assets and access into a proposition somebody can buy.
Many organisations already possess valuable commercial assets.
They have the audience.
The setting.
The access.
The events.
The content.
The community.
The credibility.
What they do not always have is a proposition that translates those assets into something a partner can value and purchase.
I offer two levels of partnership revenue work: a £1,250 diagnostic and a larger Partnership Revenue Sprint typically ranging from £4,500 to £5,500.
Who this is for
- Luxury hotels.
- Venues.
- Private members’ clubs.
- Museums and cultural organisations.
- Events and festivals.
- Hospitality groups.
- Luxury experiences.
- Concierge businesses.
- Fashion events.
- Membership communities.
- Premium consumer organisations.
- Rights-holders and organisations with audiences, experiences or access that could create commercial partnership value.
Partnership Revenue Diagnostic
£1,250.
The diagnostic is designed for organisations that suspect they are sitting on greater partnership value than their current proposition reflects.
You submit:
- Existing partnership or sponsorship deck, where available.
- Audience information.
- Existing packages.
- Current pricing.
- Asset inventory.
- Upcoming calendar.
- Previous or current partners.
- Business objectives.
- Relevant commercial information.

- What the organisation genuinely has available to sell.
- Three Strongest Partnership Propositions

- The commercial logic from the partner’s point of view.
- Partnership Opportunity Map
- A concise strategic document.
- 90-Minute Working Session
- For discussion and prioritisation.
- One Clarification Email

What the Diagnostic does not include
- Full sponsorship sales deck.
- Large prospect database.
- Outbound.
- Introductions.
- Sponsorship selling.
- Detailed valuation.
- Contract negotiation.
- Partnership fulfilment.
Those belong within a larger engagement.
Partnership Revenue Sprint
Typical investment:
£4,500 to £5,500.
The Sprint takes the opportunity beyond diagnosis and develops the commercial proposition in greater depth.
Potential scope includes:
- Partnership proposition architecture.
- Commercial asset inventory.
- Partnership territories.
- Package architecture.
- Pricing guidance.
- Priority sectors.
- An agreed target-account universe.
- Partnership deck narrative.
- Outreach architecture.
- Internal sales guidance.
- Likely objections.
Exact scope depends on the organisation and commercial objective.
Commercial asset inventory
Depending on the organisation, the proposition may draw from:
- Audience.
- Physical space.
- Events.
- Hospitality.
- Content.
- Experiences.
- Intellectual property.
- Visibility.
- Community.
- Distribution.
- Data where appropriate and lawful.
- Access.
The purpose is not to create the longest sponsorship menu possible.
It is to identify the assets another organisation has a commercial reason to value.
Fee credit
If a client completes the £1,250 Partnership Revenue Diagnostic and commissions a qualifying full Sprint within 14 calendar days, the diagnostic fee may be credited against the larger engagement.
*Subject to availability, agreed scope and signed engagement terms.
Active business development
Where I subsequently support outreach, partnership selling or commercial business development, that work is agreed separately.
Possible structures include:
- Monthly retainer.
- Fixed business-development fee.
- Hybrid retainer and success fee.
I do not work on a commission-only basis. Any success fee is agreed in writing before sales activity begins.
Experience
Brand partnerships have formed a major part of my career across luxury retail, trade and consulting. I have been on both sides of partnerships & sponsorships: brand-side in-house being sold to, and retailer-side in-house directly selling to brands.
My Selfridges work included major brand partnerships and commercially funded activations across luxury categories, while my wider consultancy work spans partnership proposition, revenue strategy, sponsorship outreach and commercial development.
I now work independently with world-renowned brands and fashion designers such as Patrick McDowell, on creating partnerships, from proposition and strategy through to pitching and direct selling, end-to-end.
I approach partnerships as a revenue proposition first and a logo-placement exercise last.
My work and thought leadership across these sectors has been featured / published across The Independent, WWD, Retail Week, Glossy and WATCHPRO UK & US. You can learn more about me here and you can explore my LinkedIn profile here.
FAQs
Can you help us find sponsors?
The Diagnostic identifies the proposition and sectors. The full Sprint can include an agreed target-account universe and outreach architecture. Active selling is separate.
Can you build our sponsorship deck?
The full Sprint can include the strategic narrative and structure. Graphic design is separate unless explicitly included.
Do you provide sponsorship valuation?
I provide pricing guidance and commercial logic. A formal independent rights valuation may require a specialist valuation provider depending on the requirement.
Do you work with cultural organisations?
Yes. Museums, venues, events and cultural organisations can be particularly strong fits where there is audience, access, space, content or IP with partnership value.
Can you sell the partnerships afterwards?
Potentially. That is treated as a separate business-development engagement with commercial terms agreed before work begins.
You may already own the hard part: an audience, an experience or access somebody else wants.
The next task is turning it into something they can buy.
